A good fringe is a hit in the hair fall! There is no doubt that it is a fashion icon that makes any look more cool and youthful. But, there are times when we want to show the whole face. Especially when we make a new cut, which is still taking shape, or when we are trying to grow the bangs.
There are several original and beautiful ways to pin up long bangs. Try out the different techniques and hairstyles!
To twist
For those days when you want a good result but have little time to dedicate to your hair, this trick is perfect. Gather the bangs and twist to the desired side, along the scalp. Secure it with two “X”-shaped clips. Use a finishing spray to hold the hairstyle.
Mini pompadour
A great option for those looking for more volume. The first step is to ruffle the strands with a brush to gain volume. Then bring the bangs to the side of the face or to the top of the head and secure them with two “X”-shaped bobby pins. Use a finishing spray to complete the look.
Pompadour
Similar to the previous style, but with more volume. The pompadour style (topknot) is a classic that can become a very interesting hairstyle for a special event. This hairstyle has two versions:
Version 1: before you start twisting your bangs, ruffle the strands with a brush to add volume and apply a little hairspray. Then lightly twist the bangs, without squeezing them too tightly, towards the side of the face and secure them with two “X”-shaped bobby pins. Use the spray again to finish.
Version 2: Part the bangs forward. Use a brush to ruffle your bangs and add volume. Pull the bangs back and comb them a little on top to smooth them out. Pin the bangs down with two “X” bobby pins at the top of your head. You can let your hair down, pull it from the sides or even pin it back.
Braid
While this style takes a little more time and dedication, it is certainly beautiful and original. Part the bangs to the front of the hair and secure the rest of the hair with an elastic band. Start braiding the bangs close to the scalp at one end of the face and take small strands of the scalp with each braid so that it fits in. Continue until the fringe ends. You can use a small clear elastic band to secure the braid, tuck it behind your ear, or secure it on the outside with bobby pins.
High ponytail
Try a ponytail on top of your head. Very popular these days, you can also vary it and make a bun or curl your ponytail for a more relaxed look. For a sleek look, pull your bangs back, secure them with bobby pins if necessary, and apply a setting serum.
Hair band
Secure the bangs back with the help of a hair ribbon. In this case, you may need the help of bobby pins to secure the bangs, as the ribbon alone may not be enough to secure it. Use a finishing serum to keep your hair tidy.
